Ingrid Betancourt, Senior Consultant for LoBue, leads the pre-sales process and oversees the due-diligence phase of all client engagements. She is a results oriented, senior financial services professional with an extensive proven track record designing and executing intuitive, consultative solutions that promote strategy development, process improvement and risk management in corporate enterprises across the Americas.
Ingrid’s vast international experience brings cultural sensitivity to all client engagements while focusing on “beyond the box” business concepts and coaching the client’s adaptation to change seamlessly and painlessly.
Prior to joining LoBue, Ingrid led the charge as General Manager of a Corporate Hub providing outsourcing services to 8 affiliate companies. While in Venezuela she served as Executive Vice-President of Innovation & Products and Vice-President of Business Processes for two of the largest banks in the country.
Ingrid lived and studied in Japan for 8 years and is a frequent speaker in forums on Japanese Culture. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute and the Venezuelan Association for Professional Coaches and speaks four languages: Spanish, English, Italian and Japanese.
