Carl LoBue Jr. is President of LoBue Group Americas. His responsibilities include Sales, Market Development, and Program Management for North and South America, Latin America, Bermuda and the Caribbean.

Carl has in excess of 20 years experience in management and consulting in the financial services industry. Projects have covered branch, back office, distribution and client services in consumer and corporate banking, business process reengineering, facilities rationalization and consolidation, business software training, organization design and capacity planning. He has developed strategies for sales and distribution system expansion and platform / account manager effectiveness. Carl has managed projects both domestically and internationally for a broad array of financial services companies.

Mr. LoBue’s experiences outside the LoBue Group includes management of a lubricants distribution company and manager of a student and faculty training business.

He is an advisor to and Member of a Real Estate acquisition and management company in the Western US.

Mr. LoBue holds a bachelors degree in International Finance awarded from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.
