SITUATION
The Private Bank was saddled with very high direct and allocated expenses for it's Asia Pacific Private Bank due to poor coordination between country operations and layered decisioning processes.
LOBUE RECOMMENDATIONS
LoBue realigned sales support and operations to focus on client needs. Redefined investment ptroducts around client needs, streamlined all processes and institutionalized sales, product, and operations MIS.
REAL RESULTS
Sales targets implemented, capacity freed up to bolster direct sales force, organization structures rationalized. After expansion of sales force a 30% reduction in FTE was achieved.

SITUATION
Client needed to improve the international network to support the elimination of Regulatory exceptions and the objectives of a five year profit plan.
LOBUE RECOMMENDATIONS
LoBue group instituted clear process and accountability along with revised procedures across the 42 country network. Controls and audit follow up procedures were established. The system for remote and headquarter access to all assets was implemented.
REAL RESULTS
Manual and system operations were all successfully implemented, corporate accounting functions reduced FTE by 50% while all regulatory issues were resolved.

SITUATION
The client desired to consolidate and standardize all Consumer Lending activities across a multi-state network developed through a series of acquisitions
LOBUE RECOMMENDATIONS
LoBue provided customer segmentation and product line rationalization. All back-office functions were consolidated and re-engineered. All indirect lending origination and collection functions were consolidated and re-engineered.
REAL RESULTS
The program produced a 15% direct staff reduction, improved quality and cycle time reductions and provided for absorption of 100% volume increase in two years. Direct expenses were reduced by $200 million in two years and $400 million in 4 years.
