Carl LoBue
Chairman of the Board

Founder of LoBue Associates, Inc. Mr. LoBue has a long career in Financial Services. Prior to creating LoBue Associates, he was Senior Vice President of Crocker National Bank and Vice President of Citibank, N.A. His experience includes management of up to 800 staff in marketing, sales, credit, operations, systems, and client management departments.

For the past 25 years, Mr. LoBue has consulted with senior executives at financial services companies in more than 40 countries. His experience spans a wide range of project and client types including: the development and execution of a job enrichment program for a securities processing business, the automation of a high-volume item processing environment for a major New York City bank, and the rationalization and redesign of a global bank's risk asset review process.

Additionally, Mr. LoBue has served on the board of directors of several U.S. based corporations, including Homestead Savings and California Federal Bank. At Homestead, he was chairman of the compensation committee and at California Federal, he was chairman of the audit committee. He also served on the risk asset review committees at both banks.

Sandor Heitler
Principal

Sandor (Sandy) Heitler is a Principal with the LoBue Group and member of the Board of Directors. As one of the most senior members of team LoBue, and with over 25 years of business and consulting experience, he has an extensive background as a business executive, project manager in systems development, system developer, architect and programmer serving financial institutions, manufacturing, insurance companies and health-care providers.

Prior to joining LoBue, Dr. Heitler was a Vice President at Citibank, N.A. and President/CEO of CITISHARE, Citibank’s Information Systems subsidiary. At AdvaCare, a healthcare services company, he has served as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Dr. Heitler is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he has received MBA and BSIE degrees and holds a PhD from Princeton University.

Anthony Veltri
Principal

Anthony T. Veltri is s a Principal with the LoBue Group and member of the Board of Directors.

He has over 15 years experience in various aspects of the Financial Services, Technology and Distribution industries. As a senior member with the LoBue Group Mr. Veltri is responsible for oversight of all aspects of corporate operations as well as strategic client programs.

Prior positions with LoBue Associates, Inc. include Controller and Finance Manager. Before he joined LoBue, Mr. Veltri held systems sales and management positions at IBM, Foley Instructional Computing Lab and Camit International, Inc.

Mr. Veltri earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.   He has also attended several finance and quality management-related courses and seminars.

Mr. Veltri serves on the board of a major food products distributor in the North East United States.
