LOBUE "ARTISTIC" SKILLS TRAINING

THE NEED
  When the manager's role evolves from "expert" to "generalist" required skills change from unique and specific to more general in nature. Facilitation and coaching skills are now called for. Making this change more complicated is learning how to manage change without having direct influence on the change itself.

THE SOLUTION
  LoBue Training Services collaborates with our clients in designing curriculums that will equip people with the necessary tools and knowledge needed to tackle the most pressing business issues. The program integrates "real data" from the business into course simulations to provide a more relevant and topical learning experience. This customized program may include:
  • Facilitation Training provides managers with the skills to manage group problem solving meetings (1 to 3 day programs)
  • Facilitator, Train-the-Trainer, provides certification as a LoBue Facilitator and teacher of Facilitation skills and techniques (5 day program)
  • Facilitation Sessions are conducted by LoBue Consultants whose job it is to facilitate a meeting for your group and provide the objectivity that certain problem solving or idea generation meetings demand
  • Change Management Program provides the insights to understand how to deal with change and the techniques to assist managers to help and guide their employees through change (1 to 5 day programs)
