CULTURAL SURVEY

LoBue's approach to assessing employee perceptions and satisfaction

THE NEED
  Employee satisfaction surveys often provide misleading information and rarely lead to changes for the better. This is largely due to:
  • A lack of trust in the confidentiality of the survey itself
  • Improper phrasing of questionnaires
  • Deeply held beliefs and prejudices on the part of management
  • Rewards for improved employee ratings without regard for the long term impact of cultural change

As a result there is no clear picture of how employees think and feel about work related topics.

THE SOLUTION
  LoBue consultants work with the client to:
  • Develop and administer a employee/cultural questionnaire
  • Conduct more in depth interviews with a subset of the employee base
  • Analyze "root causes"
  • Develop and Implement strategies and action plans against each of the findings and "root cause" analyses
