CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS LoBue's approach to change management THE NEED Much has been written on this topic in recent years. Change has become an increasingly vital concern as financial Institutions continue to reshape themselves. On the whole we find in general people are usually trained to become proficient in the their job requirements over a reasonable period of time. In times of change however some of these requirements become less important and new ones may gain in importance almost always leading to anxiety on the part of all involved. THE SOLUTION The LoBue Change Management Program begins with a review of current Change Management efforts as well as the gaps between these efforts and the desired end result. A Cultural Survey of employees may be in order as the target work environment is further defined and the gaps are further detailed. Training on the new Change Management concepts and tools begins with a sample set of people from the appropriate business areas. Finally, during Implementation the skills and concepts are rolled out to the entire organization. THE RESULTS
