DIRECTOR of MARKETING
 
The Director of Marketing is responsible for:

  • Development and implementation of the LoBue Group marketing plan
  • All marketing communications
  • Product marketing, competitive analysis
  • Research and reporting/analysis of marketing data.

    -In addition, the Director of Marketing plays an integral role of developing firmwide strategy and works with company presidents to help design and execute their marketing programs and with principals to help them develop and implement sales efforts.

Qualifications Summary:

  • Ten plus years experience in marketing related activities, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment

Director, Recruitment/Employee Relations

The Director of Recruitment/Employee Relations is responsible for the sourcing, recruitment and acquisition of candidates to meet the requirements of all practices and functions within the LoBue Group organization. The position includes responsibility for their employee orientation into the firm in conjunction with the quality/business training function. Employee relations responsibilities encompass employee counseling, communications, resource allocation and personnel administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Orientation

FINANCE ASSOCIATE
 

The Finance Associate is responsible for executing the finance-related and administrative activities within the Finance Department.

These include:

  • Processing of all employee expense vouchers
  • Processing of all Accounts Payable
  • Handling customer (both LoBue and Non-LoBue employees) and vendor inquiries
  • Processing of all Accounts Receivable and credit card transactions
  • Assisting in profit sharing administrative process

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for executing the administrative functions of the Human Resources Department. These include but are not limited to:

Review Process

The Director of Human Resources is responsible and accountable for all human resource functions across all Holdings Business Practices. These functions are to be aligned and implemented to support the requirements and strategies of the entire Holdings organization as well as the specific requirements of its respective practices. The functions include but are not limited to: staffing/recruiting, benefits, training and development, organization development, compensation communications, employee relations and personnel policies and practices.

The MIS Manager is responsible for the following:

  • The daily operation and management of the IS Department
  • Primary liaison with corporate Internet/Intranet/WAN outsource relationship
    • Assist with the development of training courseware for the firm's core computing applications

  • Responsible for product research and standard software toolset development

The Web Site Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of LoBue's external and internal web sites. These sites provide information and educate various audiences on behalf of all LoBue companies. The primary audience for the internal site is LoBue employees. The audiences for the external site include clients, prospects, the media and prospective employees.

  • The maintenance function will include:
    • Keeping information current
    • Enhancing functionality as required
    • Updating design and content as required to coordinate with LoBue positioning and corporate identity.
