individuals must demonstrate the following capabilities and qualifications: — 5 or more years of experience in the financial
services industry, either in management or a consulting environment — Appropriate level of knowledge
of financial service products, sales and service modes, organizations and
processes — A clear understanding of
business ethics and professionalism — Proven record of accomplishments — Clearly defined leadership
contributions — Degree from a respected
institution — Define client needs or problems — To obtain data and analyze data
to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing principles of business
development operational procedures — Gather and analyze information
on problem procedures including present operating procedures and
organizational structure — Document findings and prepare
recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures and
organizational changes — Design, develop and implement
solutions such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, change in
processing methods and practices and modification or redesign of products or
services — Plan, direct and coordinate
activities of designated project to ensure objectives of project are
accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters — Review analyses of activities,
costs, and operations and forecast data to determine progress towards
objectives — Conduct operation effectiveness
reviews to ensure proper functioning of newly installed procedures, systems
and technologies — Supervise other consultants on
projects — Excellent written and oral
communication skills, with ability to present and sell ideas — Strong PC proficiency including
knowledge of standard office automation tools — Perform near 100% international
