LOBUE ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCES FORMATION OF LOBUE TECHNOLOGY L.L.C. TO PROVIDE CLIENTS A FULL-RANGE OF SERVICES CHICAGO, July 1999-LoBue Holdings, L.L.C. has announced the formation of a new business unit, LoBue Technology L.L.C., created to provide technology consulting services to the financial services industry. LoBue Technology consultants will primarily work with companies to design and implement practical, business- centric information systems to help keep pace with the technological changes in the financial services industry. It will service clients of LoBue Associates, as well as to its own client base. "Today's companies need more than the newest hardware and software solutions," says LoBue Holdings Chairman Carl LoBue. "LoBue Technology gives us the ability to provide enhanced business solutions by incorporating new concepts for technology into the implementation of client programs." Heading this business unit will be Sandor Heitler, who has been named president of LoBue Technology. He has over 20 years experience as a senior consultant and project manager in systems and operations development for financial institutions, insurance companies and healthcare providers. Mr. Heitler has broad-based experience in managing the integration of technology systems and designing new systems to support re- designed operating environments. "The formation of LoBue Technology was a market-driven decision. Our clients were seeking a more comprehensive range of technological services," says Heitler. Nagelberg has over 20 years of managerial experience in operations and technology, as well as marketing research planning in the financial services industry. His background includes the planning and implementation of financial applications, along with tracking and reporting systems. Stokes brings over 20 years of managerial experience in business strategy, operations and technology directions in the financial services industry. Mr. Stokes' background includes the planning and implementation of financial applications, administrative programs and trading systems.
