LOBUE ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCES NEW STRUCTURE, NEW PRACTICE AND NEW PRESENCES IN FINANCIAL SERVICES Chicago, March 31, 1999--LoBue Associates, an international consulting firm, has announced an expansion and restructuring of its practice with the creation of two business units operating under the name of The LoBue Group. LoBue Associates will continue to exist as an operating entity providing management consulting in the areas of business design, project management and execution, and training and development for large financial institutions. The second business, LoBue Technology, L.L.C., was created specifically to provide technology consulting services for LoBue clients and it will also develop its own client base. It's staff will primarily work with companies to design and implement practical, business-centric information systems to help them keep up with the fast-paced technological changes in the financial services industry.
